Return Policy

At Bold Botanica we are proud of our premium quality products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

 

Terms & Conditions:

• We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, for purchases made directly from Bold Botanica.

• Retail Partner Purchases: Please return product to the store where purchased, we authorize all of our retail partners to accept customer returns.

• To initiate a return, please contact us for details and to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• Once the product is returned to our warehouse, a refund for the product, minus any shipping cost, will be processed to the original form of payment used.

• Please be sure to note your Return Authorization Number on the Shipping label.
