Black Elderberry

Black Elderberry has been treasured for centuries by Native Americans and herbalists in Europe and has been referred to as the “medicine chest of the people.” As far back as 400 BCE, its virtues have been extolled by Hippocrates and others. We use the Haschberg variety, a premium selection from Austria. The shiny black berries contain abundant levels of polyphenols, known for antioxidant activity and are traditionally used to support healthy immune function.*

Aronia

Aronia, also called Black Chokeberry, is a shrub native to eastern North America, where tribes including the Ojibwe, Potawatomi, and Cherokee gathered it for food and medicine. Its name comes from the berry’s astringent, mouth-puckering tartness and is now also widely established in Europe. Aronia contains the highest levels of polyphenols of any fruit, offering powerful antioxidant support for a balanced inflammatory response and healthy immune function.*

Rosemary

Rosemary takes its name from the Latin “ros marinus,” or “dew of the sea,” for its home along the Mediterranean coast.
