Turkey Tail is named for its fan-shaped caps with colorful, concentric bands that resemble the tail feathers of a wild turkey. Known as Yun Zhi in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it has long been used as a wellness tonic and is often prepared as a tea. Rich in beneficial polysaccharides, including PSK and PSP, Turkey Tail provides antioxidant support, supports gut health, and supports healthy immune

Chaga

Chaga isn’t a typical mushroom but a “conk,” a hard, charcoal-black growth that forms on birch trees in cold northern forests and can take decades to develop. Its name comes from the Khanty language of Indigenous peoples in present-day Russia, and it has been part of Russian folk medicine since the 16th century. Traditionally prepared as a tea, Chaga offers antioxidant support and supports healthy immune function.*

Phellinus
