Shipping Information

• Free Shipping on all orders at $50.
• Orders will ship via USPS or UPS
• Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Woodbine, Iowa
• Expedited Shipping options are available at an extra cost (i.e., 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air), please contact us for details
• Orders received on weekdays before 1:00 pm CST will be shipped the same day.
• Orders received after 1:00 ship the following business day.
• All Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following business day.
• Delivery services cannot be guaranteed once they leave our dock and are in the care of the shipper. Tracking numbers can be provided.
• Orders shipped to PO Boxes must be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

 

 Return Policy

 

At Bold Botanica we are proud of our premium quality products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Terms & Conditions:

• We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, for purchases made directly from Bold Botanica.

• Retail Partner Purchases: Please return product to the store where purchased, we authorize all of our retail partners to accept customer returns.
• For any product damaged during shipping, please contact us about a return.

• To initiate a return, please contact us for details and to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• Once the product is returned to our warehouse, a refund for the product, minus any shipping cost, will be processed to the original form of payment used.

• Please be sure to note your Return Authorization Number on the Shipping label.
